Regence Blue Cross BlueShield of Oregon is one of the largest providers of health insurance in the Pacific Northwest. It offers Medicare Advantage and Medigap plans to beneficiaries in certain areas of the Northwest.

The Regence Blue Cross BlueShield Medicare of Oregon 2025 Medigap plan offerings include Plan A, Plan C, Plan F, Plan G, Plan K, and Plan N. (Because of Medicare rules, you can only purchase Medigap plans C and F if you were eligible for Medicare before January 1, 2020.)

Medicare supplement (Medigap) is supplemental coverage you can add to Original Medicare (Medicare parts A and B). Medigap helps you pay less out of pocket for the services Original Medicare already covers.

Part A expenses

You can get coverage for the Medicare Part A expenses like:

Part B expenses

You’ll also have coverage for Part B out-of-pocket costs with many Medigap plans, such as:

The Part B deductible is covered by Regence Blue Cross BlueShield Medicare of Oregon Medigap Plan C and Plan F. However, new Medicare members aren’t eligible for plans C and F from any company. To purchase either plan, you need to have become eligible for Medicare before January 1, 2020.

If you became eligible for Medicare at any later date, you can’t buy a plan that covers the Part B deductible.

Regence offers six different Medigap plans, each with different costs and coverage. The right plan for you depends on your needs and budget.

The 2025 Regence plans are:

  • Regence Blue Cross BlueShield of Oregon Plan A: Plan A is an affordable option that provides coverage for hospital and hospice coinsurance.
  • Regence Blue Cross BlueShield of Oregon Plan C: Plan C is a comprehensive Medigap plan that covers the Part B deductible.
  • Regence Blue Cross BlueShield of Oregon Plan F: Plan F offers all the coverage of Plan C with additional coverage for Part B excess charges.
  • Regence Blue Cross BlueShield of Oregon Plan G: You won’t have coverage for the Part B deductible with Plan G, but you will have coverage for most other out-of-pocket expenses, plus coverage during foreign travel.
  • Regence Blue Cross BlueShield of Oregon Plan K: Plan K covers the entire Part A deductible and 50% of most of your coinsurance and copayment costs.
  • Regence Blue Cross BlueShield of Oregon Plan N: Plan N offers very similar coverage to Plan G; however, with Plan N, you’ll pay a small copayment for Part B services.
