Here are a few products that can help make the menopause journey more comfortable.

The brands and products featured in our Awards were chosen by the Healthline Editorial Team after being carefully vetted by our Brand and Content Integrity team. During testing, some products were provided for free. However, our opinions and recommendations are ours alone, and have not been reviewed, approved, or otherwise endorsed by any of the brands.

Additionally, the products and services featured are not intended to be prescriptive and may not be appropriate for everyone. It’s important to talk with a healthcare professional to see if a product on our list is right for you.

Quince Organic Percale Sheet Set

Why we chose it: After testing five sets of cooling sheets, this organic percale set from Quince came out heads and shoulders above the rest.

They’re incredibly well made, with a substantial feel and generous cut that fits most beds without leaving swaths of extra material. And, as our tester shared, “The corner pockets are nice and deep, making getting the sheet around those hard-to-reach top corners a cinch.”

But most importantly, they really do sleep cool all night. The crisp percale is soft, smooth, and, yes, cool to the touch. The cotton makes this set easy to wash and dry, and we love the price point, too: A queen set is $99, putting these luxury sheets firmly on the affordable side.

Our tester summed up these sheets the best, “They are classic, they are well made, and they make a bed feel ready, like, ‘Come rest. I got you.'”

Why we chose it: This comprehensive multivitamin is specifically formulated for women over age 50. Each capsule is made with highly absorbable forms of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

The lengthy list includes multiple nutrients that are particularly important for women during menopause, including vitamins D and B12, along with calcium, magnesium, zinc bisglycinate, chromium, and many more. It’s also notably free of both iron and copper.

Just know that the recommended dosage is six capsules per day. Some women might have an easier time taking them by spreading them out throughout the day.

“I always recommend vitamins to all my patients, especially when we hit 45 years or older. I especially recommend calcium and vitamin D because we are prone to osteoporosis after menopause.” — Priya Patel, MD, OB-GYN
